Drone & co with arrows keys (bug) + rejoin match after disconnection (feature)

as the title says, the arrow keys are hardcoded and if you bind them to control the drone (like every left handed does),

when you press the UP key to move forward, you also end up looking at the sky.

DOWN key? end up looking at the ground

LEFT and RIGHT key? end up spinning in circle like a **bleep**

It's been like that since the release of the game and every topic about that is ignored. Pls fix it.

And since I'm here, please also make it possible to rejoin a match if the connection drops, most of other games allows it, especially for redsec

  • I don't know if you have seen this - but here is my 'solution' (not great, but works !)

And - YES, come on EA where is the FIX

"...Have you tried my method?  -- it works, but is still not ideal

    "the following is for PC

1 - you deploy drone and you cannot move it ; all you can see is your character -

solution ; you are too close to it and are blocking any movement - exit drone and move a couple of steps away ; re-enter drone and you can now move it.

2 - You try to move your drone and the camera moves to the vertical and you cannot see where you are going

Solution - Space bar (on my PC) raises the Drone. Up arrow moves the drone forward, but because the camera swings up you cannot see where you are going. If you keep the up arrow pressed the drone does move forward (look at the 'pad' your soldier is holding, you can see the drone icon as it moves) ; down arrow and you can see the ground

C is the key to lower the Drone

    Give it a try !!..."

yes I've seen it but it's far from ideal, it's like driving my car only in reverse :D

Some people paid 70-100 dollars for this game, that's not acceptable
