When a team mate stands on a drone and uses the hammer to hit it, it sends them high into the sky- allowing them to get past the world limit and onto high up positions such as the roofs on Cairo- the feature is pretty funny and i wish it could stay in the game because who doesn’t want to see a flying guy on a drone, however there needs to be more red death barriers on top of places you don’t want players to be
The recon drone in Battlefield 6 has allowed people to gain massive height advantage over other players, even though there was a patch for a parkour bug in the beta and that wasn’t even this bad. I recently played on manhattan bridge and had to deal with players on the bridge itself which is very very annoying. HOPEFULLY this will be fixed in the very near future, hopefully as either a barrier that makes it to where you can’t jump on the drone or as soon as you jump on the drone it breaks either one works, considering right now it makes the beta patch kinda useless.
The recon drone glitchers are very annoying and ruin the game. They are completely ruining Sobek City in Breaktrough. Doesn't matter if you are behind a cover inside the objective area, there is always a glitcher on one of rooftops. They can get high again on Siege of Cairo. Can get even on the bridge, above the 2 last objective areas. Can get on top of buildings on Mirak Valley, to places where again no one could reach naturally or without being ejected from a heli/jet. This glitching should have been patched quickly with a hotfix.
I know, especially on manhattan bridge where they can get on the bridge itself it’s incredibly frustrating to even try to play against people who are in these glitched spots now because of NYC vertically, and trying to counter-snipe them from the ground is practically impossible without them being either afk or completely oblivious to where they are standing/crouching/prone and who or what is around them and they have to be sitting still.
I wish all of the tall buildings were 100% destructible....that would help combat the roof snipers and it would look awesome.
