When a team mate stands on a drone and uses the hammer to hit it, it sends them high into the sky- allowing them to get past the world limit and onto high up positions such as the roofs on Cairo- the feature is pretty funny and i wish it could stay in the game because who doesn’t want to see a flying guy on a drone, however there needs to be more red death barriers on top of places you don’t want players to be
While dice has managed to clip the rooftops on maps, the solution seems to have been a not very tall collision block on top of SOME buildings.
For instance, playing breakthrough you can get on top of the bridge (as in the beta), the tall apartment blocks surrounding the last sector, as well as first sector B roof.
You are allowed to place down deployables on a lot of props scattered across the roofs in case the roof has a collision block placed on it.
I suggest that in addition to dice fixing the drone fly issue, on maps where air vehicles do not spawn they should just add a skybox made out of the same collision stuff they put on the roofs of buildings. This would prevent players from using assault ladders and such to get to spots they should not be in.
