DX crashes - PC / Steam

I get the two DX crashes as shown, I've narrowed it down to clicking outside of the game in borderless windowed mode.  

Steam in-game overlay on or off
DLSS on or off
Variety of different graphics settings changed

The only thing that really appears to have an influence on the crash is the LightTileCsPath being disabled or enabled.  The crash has NOT YET happened with WorldRender.LightTileCsPathEnable set to zero (disabled).
