EA Help has fully blocked contact options on my account (advisor greyed out). In‑game Lights Out Bundle purchased in-game March 6, 2026 with 2,100 BF COINS. Bundle shows owned, items never delivered. Requesting EA staff escalation to support.

I'm sorry to say that it's not possible to escalate this kind of problem to support, as it's not the kind of thing the Community Managers can do on your behalf.
I just had a quick try myself on the EA Help site, and was able to begin the process by pressing the "Contact Us" button at the end of the guide below:
