Eastwood / Conquest - black textures issue (Xbox Series S)

While playing conquest on Eastwood after couple minutes after joining the game textures near NATO HQ are getting black. From middle part of map till PAX HQ everything is fine. That thing happens regardless of which faction I play.

When I fly any helicopter, while being in that black texture zone, and I change into first person view I can’t see nothing at all besides helicopter interior. Haven’t seen it in other vehicles because I’m not playing any of these.

Found this problem in conquest mode only (yet).
