I died while playing sabotage in the pool and I couldn't end my life and was stuck in the pool the rest of the round. I was able to move while waiting for revive for a couple seconds then was stuck with a buzzing sound waiting for round to end as my teammates got killed before they could get to me for a revive
Had same thing happen. Died while falling into a pool on Eastwood, squad deathmatch. Body landed in the deep end then scooted up the pool at bit. Revive timer ran out, "X - username" appeared in the kill feed 7 times when I spammed give up. Couldn't redeploy or die for the rest of the game, just stuck underwater in a down state for however many minutes, thankfully my squad clutched up for the assignments, although they never tried to revive me. I could look around, chat, open the scoreboard, request revive, but nothing else, I'm unsure if you can normally redeploy from the pause screen in squad deathmatch, but it wasn't there.
