Enemies don't spawn in at Fulton FOB Moving Mountains

In campaign mission Moving Mountains at the objective 'Hold Empire Fulton Base' progress is bugged. I died while defending so i restarted from the checkpoint but now something is preventing the enemi...

not sure if you got it fixed yet but what worked for me was just leaving the area of play until it makes you restart
