Engineer challenge 3 broken

Deal damage to laser designated enemy vehicles using lock-on weapons is bugged. I have destroyed so many  vehicles at this point and still have not completed the challenge. I have tried untracking, changing skins, doing everything possible and it is still not completed. Please fix this issue
