Engineer Challenge 3 doesn't go up.

I'm experiencing a bug, when trying to do the Engineer 3 Challenge with damaging PAINTED enemy Vehicles with my AA Weapon. Whatever i do, however I, or my Teammates paint the vehicles and i damage them, the score doesn't go up.
