Engineer vehicle supply crate issue

I am currently locked from progressing with the challenge Engineer Specialist 1 by the Vehicle Supply Crate not unlocking from the first engineer class challenge. All three challenges prior to Specialist 1 show as completed, and I've received all rewards except the vehicle supply crate.
