Engineers refusing to lay mines
Anyone one else have an engineer that's scared to throw down mines? Its not saying that the space is to crowded, the engineer just flat out refuses to lay mines, no matter how many times I press the button.

Yeah I normally do a kamikaze to lay mines down but now it just stays glued in my hands and I’m getting shot for no reason 😩
It's apparent that they've nerfed the mine laying capabilities for the engineers in Breakthrough mode. There were no restrictions before, but now I have discovered that I can't drop mines in my spawn area anymore, only in the active sector. Also, after a sector has been lost, you cannot drop mines in the NEW sector until the "Enemy Forces" message has displayed. I think they did this to make it easier for attacking vehicles, but it's titled the mode to the attackers even further on many maps.

It seems to be intentional for Breakthrough. However, you can still drop SLAMs while retreating after a sector is taken by the attackers.
Agree -- I have tried the same ; run in front of a tank to drop mine and it stays stuck in my hand!!
