Some players found that plugging in USB drives, external SSDs or certain USB peripherals , keyboards etc caused this error by interfering with authentication. It may be a backend issue though so you'd need to contact EA support to escalate the issue, account authentication, game license mismatch, or network route to EA servers.
yea I’ve gotten everything unplugged from my PlayStation so I’m hoping support can get this rectified. I was playing fine until the most recent update and now I can’t even get to the dang campaign
