Escalation Vehicle Spawn Bug

When playing the escalation game mode, if you are waiting for a vehicle spawn and a territory is gained; it will move HQ forward and remove all vehicles in HQ from selection. You cannot see the vehicles again until you spawn in and die, only then the vehicles will be available to spawn into again.
