Explosion damage not always registering

Hello,

I noticed quite a few times, that sometimes explosion damage does not register. It happened a few times when firing RPG at an enemy tank, I hit it but there is no damage done (happened when I hit front and side). Yesterday I had an even weirder interaction, when I was using MBT with high explosive shells, hit an enemy infantry with a direct hit and it caused absolutely 0 damage. I attach a video of this interaction as I think it should definitely be investigated.
