This week's weekly challenges include a challenge where I have to heal team members as a support (for 2,000 healing points). It doesn't work at all; the gauge stays at zero.
It's unbearable. Also, the first support task, where you have to do the same thing for 5,000 healing points, is also blocked. I had started it, and now I'm stuck at 2,800 on the gauge. I can't complete my weekly challenges, and I can't level up the support class anymore.
I've tried reinstalling the game, following or not following the task, changing classes, taking someone else's pack... nothing works.

(By the way, you can see that the challenges from the last two weeks are at 9/10 and 10/11, even though I've completed everything... but that's anecdotal...)
