Final "Support Specialist" challenge is incompleteable

My weekly challenge, "Heal teammates" is stuck at 40/ 2000

My Support assignment "Heal teammates with support" is stuck at 4,295/ 5,000

My Engineer assignment, "Deal damage to aircraft with AA launchers" is stuck at 1,840/ 2,000

I've gone through two FULL days attempting these two very specific things, since two of them can be done together, and NOTHING. How long are we going to have to wait for you to fix your challenge system. This post has nothing to do with the challenges themselves, I just want them to track and or some feedback on the matter, instead of this game turning into a frustrating waste of time and money.
