Final "Support Specialist" challenge is incompleteable

Still can't make any progress on this challenge at all. Hit 15 people directly with this, got splash damage on many more and not a single pip of damage recorded. It's bad enough the suppression challenge barely registers any suppressions, but this one doesn't even register a thing, and if it does it's like 14 damage out of 2000.
