Fire Support ammo resupply rate not applying on first spawn.

If you have the Fire Support training path active, your supply Pouches (the little gadget ones) cap at 9 or 10 and you get 3 or 4 more of them every time your supply Bag (the big one) restocks you. 

But I've noticed consistently that the first time I load in as Support on a new match, my Pouches are capped at 3 and will not start filling from my Bag. If I throw one or two Pouches, they will begin to fill up from my supply Bag, but they will only stock +1 at a time. If I die or redeploy and then swap the training path back and forth in the loadout then it will behave properly after I respawn.

I've tried swapping the training paths back and forth before a match. I tried swapping them during a match but before I spawn in for the first time. I tried loading in on a different class and then swapping to Support after dying. And I think I even tested spawning as Fire Support, not moving and then holding the touchpad in order to edit my loadout. But I'm still not getting the increased Pouches on that first Support spawn.

I'm on PS5 and I only used Loadout 1 for my testing so I'm not sure if this also happens on the other 2 loadouts. I also didn't test whether I'm getting the buffs from the Combat Medic training path on that first Support spawn. It could be that you're getting neither benefit when it bugs out.
