Fix the party menu and playing with friends on Xbox

The party menu on Xbox is still broken after the update. It only works when it feels like it which is never when I'm trying to join friends. The update broke playing with anyone on Xbox. I used to be able to join friends through the Xbox interface, but now it locks us out of starting games when certain people are in the party. Never had that issue before the update.
