frequent crashes after the update

bf6 keeps on crashing predictably and frequently after the latest update. When i task steam to validate the game files it identifies always 3 damaged files, redownloads them and yet the game is going to crash again resulting in presumably the same 3 corrupted games files. Not sure why. the cause for the crash can be anything from clicking the mouse during a loading screen, alt tabbing, or no apparent reason at all. the game has crashed in borderless windowed and in fullscreen. 

I'm running a 6000MT 32GB, 9700x, 9070XT based system off of a nvme ssd on windows 11. latest drivers for everything. unfortunately i didnt discover a local crashreport for these events so i cant provide any more information than this
