FSR Native AA causes low fps on respawn screen

Pretty much as the title says, when I use FSR native AA my fps goes down to 35-45 ish from 144 (capped fps) on the respawn screen/menu, when I'm back in the game it's back to 144 again, this does not happen if I select any other antialiasing option.
