Gadget disappearing after being revived when using the undersling mount

I have a consistent issue with the mounted grenade launcher gadget where every time I am revived, my other gadget disappears. I can still equip it by selecting the launcher twice and it cycling to the shotgun but I cannot select the shotgun using its specific keybinds. Attatched are the screenshots of my UI:
