Game Breaking Graphical Bug Entire Full Server

I was just in a game where randomly about 2/3rds through the graphics bugged out for literally everyone in the server.  Craziest graphical bug I've seen in any game.  Bright **bleep** lights everywhere, and buildings and floors were different shades of blue/green/red.  Steady scope on snipers completely blacked out the scope.  Randomly everything would go black or be so bright it was blinding and hurt your eyes.  Genuinely could give someone a seizure or eye strain.  Everyone in the server was affected.  What the actual hell is this?
