Game crash at Multiplayer Start screen when Engineer Loadout selected

I specifically get this bug when starting a multiplayer match with my Engineer loadout selected. If I want to avoid this, I need to go into loadout and go to another class loadout. Then I try again. I am OK when the character showing at the game start screen has another gun out. I check with Firing Range to make sure the gun that comes out is not SMG.
