Thanks, I came across your comment while looking for the cause of the problem.
For me, it was not the same solution that fixed it, I also have a GTX 1080 Ti.
What actually solved my issue was resetting my graphics card completely using DDU, and more importantly, repairing DirectX 12.
Anyway, our once powerful GPUs are starting to show their age.
I will never forget this masterpiece, and in the coming months I will move on to an RTX 5090. My beloved GTX 1080 Ti deserves to be replaced only by its true equivalent.
