Game freezes when trying to use chat after UPDATE 1.2.3.0

I'm using both english and korean, and whenever i try to type something in in-game chat today after the patch, the game freezes. Keybinds aren't working at all, mouse is frozen too. I tried to rebo...

I open the game, everything is fine. I load into a match making and get a squad, everything is fine. I click to chat, now nothing responds. I can't get out of chat, and I have to reload the game. It's happened multiple times now. No buttons work. I try to go to settings, type, anything. Nothing works. I can't even exit out of the game normally; I have to use windows key to use end task for the app.

I'm currently experiencing this too. Always had problems with chat since last year.
