Game freezes when trying to use chat after UPDATE 1.2.3.0

I'm using both english and korean, and whenever i try to type something in in-game chat today after the patch, the game freezes. Keybinds aren't working at all, mouse is frozen too. I tried to rebo...

chat freeze the game and not fix since the start of season 2, bug still not fix after season 3 update

many mounth without be able to use the chat, no overlay, keybind change, even reinstaling the game not work. welldone game
