Game gets soft Locked when bringing up Loadout

The game gets soft locked in Domination when you bring up your Loadout menu once the game ends, I am used to using my select button to bring up the scoreboard; And once the game ends I have a bad habit of pressing it which locks me in the Loadout menu, It then does not show me my XP or even acknowledges that the game ended, I cant even bring up my menu to exit the screen, I have to restart every time.
