Game is unplayable! Full of hackers. Fix matchmaking!

Can you guys fix this game once and for all! 
Game starting to feel like COD in every aspect. Lobbies full of hackers and sweats that I don’t understand how I’m in their lobbies. How’s does the matchmaking system works???  because I don’t get how I keep landing in these lobbies where all me and my teammates keep doing is die and having to run to the nearest redeploy station just to die again and barely make it to top 15 if we’re lucky. Shutting off crossplay doesn’t work because then it never finds a game to join. Wtf are you guys doing? EXPLAIN THE MATCHMAKING SYSTEM AND HOW ARE YOU GUYS GOING TO FIX THE HACKER ISSUE!!
