Game stutter after update.

After the Winter Offensive update I have same issue. Tried various setting as well, v-sync on/off, frame limit, other graphical settings. 

Same exact issue.  Just played first game on new mode since last update... stuttering back in game never was an issue before this update

Making steam friends offline, is a workaround for now, it fixes issue for now, but we need to wait for a patch or fix from Dev side. Link, from steam discussions

You are so real... this actually worked.  Turning Steam Friends to Offline.  I want to know how someone figured out and even more so how the **bleep** this even makes sense on why this would cause this issue.

I’m just left speechless after this update. It’s 1 step forward and 5 steps back 

I feel like when I’m in the helicopter it rubber bands a lot. Too much for my liking 

I can confirm this fix. I tried to play for couple hours with "Offline steam chat and friends" and the stutters were gone. Not the best solution, but the one we can use till Dice will fix this.
