Gamertag bug in gamemodes and menu

I’m experiencing a bug in Battlefield 6 on PS5 where gamertags in online game modes aren’t showing the correct PSN or EA account names. Some players’ real gamertags appear as completely different names (like “wildmoon”), and this happens for multiple players, not just friends. Squad lists and scoreboards are correct, but the View Profile (L3) and some in-game name displays are wrong.

This has been happening for a long time, and I’ve already tried clearing the PS5 system cache and rebuilding the database, but it hasn’t fixed the issue. Please help investigate and fix this so in-game names display correctly.
