Gas mask not work

What's up with the mask 

You need to press and hold the button/key to put mask on

Have you managed to resolve this Tommygreen47​? Or do you need more help? Are you playing on a map with gas? On some maps, gas wasn’t available by design, which is why the option to equip it didn’t appear.
