GE-26 PAX Golden Standard Skin can't break destructible objects from the front

Most people probably don't even have the Elite tier MAA skins to try it out, but when attempting to drive over objects such as fences and poles utilizing the front bumper on the vehicle skin, it will instead slow the vehicle down to a halt meanwhile the fence is still intact. It only applies for the front bumper as breaking it with the rear of the vehicle works completely fine, it is just the front that is messed up
