Got stuck on man down screen
This was on PS5 REDSEC Gauntlet: I was killed and went to hold X to enter the respawn menu, but instead the bar stopped at max and never let me respawn. I ended up sitting for the rest of the round spinning in a circle unable to do anything but call for a medic.
