Graphic Glitching

4k, 60fps, HDR on, motion blur off, chromatic off, depth of field blur off

Map unknown on the one with the bridge

I was getting shot at & ran to that area to heal. Once I got there I've noticed the shadows start to flicker. Then noticed the sky going from normal to black. 

The game seems to not have this issue frequently with HDR off. I also notice it when I join a match sometimes. 

Iv been playing campaign on xbox and get random black flashing squares in places the campaign is completely broken 

Here's another video where I was able to trigger it during being hurt again. I'm wondering if the bleeding UI is causing a graphical glitch. 

I have the same issues since two days on a destop PC. Appears from time to time.
