Gun Damage inconsistent

Have notice a fair bit of guns doing more damage then indicated via the tooltips.

For instance a m433 doing 26 damage up-close instead of the normal 25, no modifiers like headshot where counted.

I have seen this with more guns, shooting and receiving end. The damage is so inconsistent.

Also every gun damage drop off needs to be looked at. Getting beamed by m4a1 across 100m is really absurd,
