Gun "randomly" switches fire mode
For the past few patches this issue has got progressively worse. My guns will change fire mode randomly. I have noticed it happens more than 50% now when I die or get taken down and revived. Occasion...

Ah remembered another bug - the voice key bind does not always work, again, checked and all okay, it will randomly work. It worked fine before the last few patches
