Gun stuck doing sledgehammer swing

I don't know how this happened the other day, but my character started swinging my gun like a sledgehammer (which I was carrying) and wouldn't stop.  I tried switching weapons and it kept swinging the new weapon like a sledgehammer.  I got downed and revived and that did not fix it, but it looked hilarious as I had no weapon in my hand and my guy's body kept thrusting like he was, uh...doing something 😂  I could not aim down sight, but I could still shoot my weapon.  Finally just had to get killed and respawn to fix it.  Videos attached.
