Guns and controls constantly reverting back to original layouts

Whenever I change a gun or try to change and accessory it reverts back to the class it’s on original loadout.
then when I tried to swap the controller mapping and swap melee with crouch/prone button it will go back and forth from my setting and the original setting. It’s making it impossible to play. 
im on Xbox also I dunno if that matters 

how can I fix this?
