Hagental Base deployable cover caused clip through tunnel

As you can see in the attached gifs, I came across a deployable cover in the small tunnel underneath the "A" objective (only one obj) for the second sector in breakthrough that I was unable to vault over. When I attempted to break the deployable cover instead by using my knife and took out a corner of it, I then was able to vault over it, but it pushed me upwards and in-between between the tunnel ceiling and the ground above. I was able to walk around a bit on top of the tunnel, but the game ended a second or two after the last clip so I wasn't able to see if I could escape back into a normal area of the map from that space it pushed me into.
