Hardcore Portal spotting options

Portal Server modifiers included in the "Hardcore" preset.  Part of this preset, in the UI section there are two options.  Spotting = OFF and Restrict Game Feedback = ON.  

3D spotting in-game seems to still happen in some situations even if Spotting is turned off.  I think if all spotting is not included in this setting a second option should appear below it in the Portal modifiers section to include every kind of 3d spotting possible.  This should also include disabling the Recon class auto-spot when aiming at someone, as well as disabling any kind of spotting by gadgets. 

The hardcore experience people would like to have would be limited HUD or no HUD, No 3d spotting is something that should be included in the hardcore preset. If you disagree on that point, please let us pick this on our own servers as an additional setting choice.
