HDR Settings Menu Not Saved?

This may be a visual bug in the menu only, World brightness and UI sliders seem to work but each time I go back into the menu after checking in-game impact (annoying in its own right, can't the menu fade to show the real impact to changes?) the peak brightness slider is reset to 0. I can't tell if this is impacting highlights or not.
