high magnification scopes are affected by the fov settings

As per title, a bit of an oversight, this makes using any fov other than 55 unadvantageous when playing sniper at long ranges.
I believe this is undesired and differs from the way older battlefield games did it.
It's bad for newer players who dont know their scope is affected by the fov setting.
It also makes the markings inside the scopes useless.
It should instead work like the Laser Designator which isnt affected and looks the same regardless of the camera setting.
