Hitreg\Server issue

OK Idk how to explain this but, on some server I got ping 20 and hitreg still not the best, but pretty decent.  other time when I star different mode, new game, a server is change and I got ping 27-30 then hitreg is realy bad, I'm dying behinde walls,  I die from !hit but the kill cam says i twas 3-4 shoot, I need almost 3/4 magazine to kill someone, and not its not spread or bloom, its like I see hitmarks  but the server does not register it. and I know 30 ping is totaly ok to playing but  it's not about ping but some thing change in servers.

My internet connection i 1Gb fiber I got 7-8ms ping, no packet loss, and Im lan cable connected to my PC (RTX 4080 CPU Ryzen9 7945HX)

So when Dice fix this strange hitreg?
