I don't have my unlocks from BattlePass...

I purchased BP Pro after buying the initial game. All of the BP Pro unlocks work, but none of the Battle Pass unlocks are available. Meaning, I have paid for both the Battle Pass and BP Pro unlocks - but only the BP Pro specific unlocks work for my account. I have seen issues with the battle pass reported like this, but not that BP Pro works - but not Battle Pass only. 

I read online that there's no way to open a ticket to gain these issues, only to report the bug, so here I am. Having paid for something that I did not receive. Considering refunding it via my credit card linked to steam. Not sure how else to either get my items, or get my money. I don't mind if it doesnt work currently and needs time to be fixed, but I don't want someone holding my money hostage while it "maybe" gets worked on with no official statement about when.
