Same here, I contacted EA support and they suggested reporting it on the official forums and I came across this post. Odd, I would have thought that they could just either fix it or let me know what teams are working on it, not just report it on the forums lol.

My second support ticket that I sent in was immediately closed after a half-assed response of "checking your inbox in the main menu, otherwise, we cannot give out in-game rewards to players" so that there just proved to me we will never receive these rewards. If this was fixed, that'd be great, but there'd need to be a second uproar of people asking for another rollout of boosters.

There is something realy weird about this compensation. I did not recieve any compensation, today i finally recieved an email about the compensation and it should be in my inbox. BUT nothing in my inbox (ingame). I contact EA Hellp Chat (again) , and the advisor told me this rollout was already done, and everyone who did not recieve compensation is not eligible to recieve any ?

The EA app issue that stopped players from accessing Battlefield 6 has been fixed. Thanks for your patience while we worked on it.
Anyone impacted by this issue should now have rewards in their inbox. Impacted players got:
12 Hardware
12 Career 60-minute Boosters
full access to a Season 1 Battle Pass.If you bought the Phantom Edition, you’ll get Season 2’s full Battle Pass.
To check your inbox, select the EA logo in the bottom-right of the main menu, then choose the Inbox tab.
You’ll find everything but your Battle Pass in your inbox. You don’t need to do anything to access your Battle Pass—it’ll become available when your Season launches.
Our advisors can’t give additional details or any in-game items relating to this outage.

So nothing visible at my booste menu and also no message in my ingame inbox?
But people who refunded money from EA during this EA APP OUTAGE , and did goto to Steam and did buy BF6 at Steam did got compansation?!

Same repeated response. Pretty disgusted how its being treated. If they just apologized and didn't promise any compensation I would have been fine with that. Customer satisfaction does not exist with EA

Same issue on my end, no boosters or free pass, a friend of mine is also having the same issue and we both attempted to play on launch day via the ea app. Talking to live chat I was just told repeatedly to wait and it will be fixed which I didn't believe anyway, clearly just wanted to end the chat ASAP.

We were sitting for hours trying to figure a way into the game on launch.
All my friends have recived free battlepass and 20+ xp tokens, i have gotten nada.
Tried to talk to a guy at support and asked if it was because i managed to join a portal server for 30sec were everyone was out of bounds and died after 10 sec, but he said it was not and they are working on identifying everyone that they need to reimburst for the launch issue.
Still, battlepass is out, i ahve not even recived my tokens or my battlepass.
I will not be buying the battlepass and i am very frustrated and angry with this as i saved up to buy the game and my plan was to use each battlepass to unlock the next but now im behind already and all i got for submiting a ticket is the email i recived thats attatched.
