I'm reaching out because I was supposed to receive the free Battle Pass that was offered due to the launch issues with the EA App / Launcher and EA Play. During the release days, I was unable to launch Battlefield 6 properly because of those problems, and EA confirmed that affected players would receive a Battle Pass as compensation. However, I still haven’t received mine. Could you please check my account and help me resolve this?

Same repeated response. Pretty disgusted how its being treated. If they just apologized and didn't promise any compensation I would have been fine with that. Customer satisfaction does not exist with EA
