I have not received any of my Battle Pass rewards.

i completed all 110 missions and was considering whether to purchase the Battle Pass. After deciding to proceed, I bought it specifically to claim the rewards. However, I could not find any of the Battle Pass rewards in my account.

At first, I thought it might be an issue on my side, but I later saw that many other players are experiencing the same problem.

I also tried contacting EA Support, but the experience has been very frustrating. I was repeatedly redirected to AI chat without reaching a real solution. In addition, having to wait 24 hours before being able to contact support again made it even more difficult to get help.

After waiting 24 hours and checking again, none of the rewards have been delivered. When I tried to continue the support process, I was once again redirected to the AI chat system.

This situation has been very frustrating. I purchased Battlefield 6 to enjoy the game more, but instead it has become disappointing.

I would appreciate it if this issue could be properly investigated and resolved. I will also keep records of everything in case further action is needed.
