interference using ir scopes

Continually getting a signal interference (similar to what you get with electrical interference with the TV signal)  when using any IR scope. I am running DLAA and often I switch is off and on a the issue goes away form a short time then returns. If I switch to the less efficient XESS NATIVE AA  the issue stops. If I ruun DLAA and switch off Screen Space Reflections the issue goes away for a while, however whill come back. It is getting reather annying. Is there a fix??
